Shop/Life Update!

Exciting things are happening! I hope you're all having as great week as I am. I'm here to share a little shop update. I had a meeting at the Northcott warehouse and got to run up and down the aisles of fabric. I found some real gems from long forgotten collections which are now listed on the website.

I got a few pieces from some of my favourite designers: Kathy Doughty, Jill Labieniec and Anna Maria. If you've been hunting for a piece to finish off your project, I got you covered (p.s. feel free to reach out if you have a specific fabric in mind and I'll try my best to obtain it). I loved Wandering Eye and Shooting Star and Jumpstart! and now I have a few of these available.

What else? Colorworks 9000 is here! I have a few more shades on backorder but there are a lot available to order right now. I think I've curated a solid collection of brights, bolds and dusty tones that work interchangeably with one another. Here's a little preview below. I can see solid bundles in the future...

Lots of collections have been ordered and will start arriving soon enough! I am excited to see my shelves get more and more crowded with bright colours and prints. Some things are going to be perfect for gender neutral baby quilts, some that are great for my Euro-chic pals, new Anna Maria, new Kathy Doughty... All we gotta do now is be patient.

The Canada Post strike was shocking but isn't stopping me! If you have any questions, reach out but for right now, I am using ChitChats to fulfill your orders. Hopefully this will all be cleared up soon.

The Taylor Swift Quilt has been going really well! I've loved looking back and reflecting on all of the years of art and passion Taylor has shared with us. I am excited to keep this project going for the next few months...The Life of a Showgirl comes out Friday and I can't help but celebrate! I'm thinking I need to make a TLOAS themed bundle for us Quilty Swifties. Coming Soon!
